So I just discovered Beneath the Massacre. Why did it take me so long? :( If it weren't for their stupid name, I wouldn't have thought they were some shitty typical metalcore band for the longest time.

NP : Comforting Prejudice.

I've been whoring them for so long, how did you not pick up on it?

Still the arcade version of NBA Jam dominates the new one that just came out for PS2 like a year ago.

Illmatic 08-03-2005 04:36 PM

The original NBA Jam cannot be topped. Ever.

"IS IT THE SHOES?"

The only basketball game that comes close is NBA Street Vol. 2.

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-03-2005 04:42 PM

The dunks were just so unreal. "Zomg, the guy just went off the screen doing frontflips!"

The funny thing was that he would get blocked like half the time while doing one of those uber slams.

I think I'm going to find that game and install it onto my computer.

The only long thread I ever made no one posted in. Or read.

I'm very bitter about it and I will have my revenge, just you wait and see...

Lord Abortion 08-03-2005 04:51 PM

NBA in the zone 2 was one of the first PSX games I got... I owned frequently with the Orlando Magic...

magicbus 08-03-2005 04:57 PM

Oh jeez, NBA Jam for Sega Genesis is my favorite basketball game ever. I always pick the Knicks.

Did you get a name change, or did you just start posting in here regularly?

evilmenhavenosongs 08-03-2005 05:05 PM

I lurked a lot before, stopped posting for a while and started a while ago. I've only just started to find threads I like again really.

So no name change for me.
ill post in urs if u post in myne k?
You'll have to bump it from like page four. :p

I'll post in yours anyway, I like ELO.

Me too! The Knicks owned. I remember I was on the final game of the whole ladder thing, and there was like .5 seconds left, and I was down by a point or something. I just handed it Patrick Ewing, and shot it, and BAM! I won.

Why the hell do I remember stupid crap like this, but I can't get a C on my chemisty final? :fistshake:

I honestly didnt KNOW like more than 5 answers on my bio final, but I made educated guesses and used process of elimination and ended up getting a B+! I was so surprised and happy.

AJIG says:
In fact, looking at the time, its hay hitting time methinks

Jason Eleese/// says:
Oh right

Jason Eleese/// says:
Is that a common thing in England?

Jason Eleese/// says:
Doesn't it hurt your hands?

AJIG says:
Yeah, we treat the hay pretty badly here

Jason Eleese/// says:
Oh right

Jason Eleese/// says:
In Ausland, we tend to hit sacks instead.

Jason Eleese/// says:
Usually sacks of kittens

AJIG says:
Ours are full of spuds, which hurt more

Jason Eleese/// says:
Makes sense

Jason Eleese/// says:
We use to fill ours with all the trophies we win from England in sporting contests

Jason Eleese/// says:
but that started to cause to much injury

Jason Eleese/// says:
and we ran out of sacks

AJIG says:
I wouldnt worry, you wont need any more space this year

Jason Eleese/// says:
Do you think we'll lose to New Zealand then?

Just some amusing MSN conversation I had with Adam Jones Is God.

Also, I got an email from one of the Japanese students I took to the reef. I'll upload the pics soon. Probably in this post.

I've had no highlight of the day, so far...

Yup, just wasting my last days of summer vacation.
What about RPG's you don't have to play on the internet? Fable for X-Box looks cool.
The best one was xenogears for ps1, amazing game.
Gamecube ain't that bad.
I love my GC. The controller is beyond excellent, and a lot of the games on it are a blast to play with your mates when youre stoned/drunk/bored/any combination of the 3.
Meh, Halo isn't that great.
Thats even putting it on a pedestal, console FPS is the worst ever, so much lack of control and what not compared to playing a FPS on a computer. Give me a counterstrike, or Tribes, or anything else ANY day of the week over a FPS on a console.
