I honestly don't know. Kentucky's education system isnt exactly "great".

my school is actually the top school in the state, and thats only becuase we have like 300 asians. i think we're like the three hundred and sixtey something best school in the nation.

Everybody still has rep, but only people with stars can give it now. once you have stars you can give rep, but right now you cant. this is my understanding, but sketchy knows more about than me i think
