Think Gorillaz, but more Sly and the Family Stone, less Tank Girl.

Is there any way of finding out roughly where in the show it'll be, because i'm not particularly fond on staying up past 12 30/1 when I have sport the next day.

ATM 04-27-2006 06:54 AM

Jon, sorry about my lame asss connection :-/

xon 04-27-2006 07:17 AM

Yesterday the RHCP were on german television (which doesnt happen very often) but instead of talking about cool stuff and the record, they talked about the george foreman grill and tattoos and uninteresting stuff.
It was so bad and embarrassing.

I'll record that. From what Tapey said about it, it sounds sweet.

I Was A Kaleidoscope 04-27-2006 07:45 AM

I should try and catch that. It depends what time it's on though, I'll check the site...because I don't have a working VCR or anything.
Jon, sorry about my lame asss connection :-/
It is all good, man. The slsk download was done when I got back anyway.

This is like a dream of mine frome Grade 5 or something.

Classlessness 04-27-2006 02:04 PM

Sounds like Donnie Darko kinda.

The Great Decay 04-27-2006 02:14 PM

That is an amazing film.

Zmev 04-27-2006 02:29 PM

I have that movie but have yet to see it.

The Great Decay 04-27-2006 02:32 PM

I recommend you watch it the next chance you get. One of my favourite movies of all time.

Zmev 04-27-2006 02:36 PM

You and my friend have been saying that for awhile. I might be able to do it when I get home since I have no homework, but this is after looking at tuxes for the prom.

Ryan Adams avatar rad.

pikester 04-27-2006 02:53 PM

I've also never seen Donnie Darko. But maybe I'll watch it with my extra-long weekend now that I don't have school.

Kyle 04-27-2006 02:59 PM

Yeah, you lot should see Donnie Darko, also one of my favorite films of all time. I don't know why it's so good, but it just works.

The Great Decay 04-27-2006 03:16 PM

...and if you like Donnie Darko, check out Fight Club. Similarly, if you like Fight Club, chances are you'll like Donnie Darko.

Today I went on a sort of field trip. We went for my construction class to someone's house to build a shed in their backyard. It was fun. Then we were done with like two hours left in school, but my teacher excused us anyway. Good start to a long weekend! Not to mention I start my new job and see Death Cab For Cutie tomorrow night! Woopee!

Edit - And Donnie Darko is ok. Nothing really amazing.

 thanks

So I'm being recommended to see Hard Candy tomorrow, anyone seen it?

Zappa 04-28-2006 06:05 AM

So I set my timer to ring me awake an hour late, and I did EVERYTHING to get ready for school, not realizing I was an hour off until I was walking to the bus. My parents are out of town and I don't drive, so this becomes a day off .
