So, might as well talk about something.
What's everyone up to? :smoke:
I'm working, my half brothers asked me to do some design work for a development project he's working in the bahamas, which sucks as i'm not getting payed, although if everything goes to plan, i'm goign to try and get him to get me some guitars :).

Jev 05-01-2006 10:29 AM

That's awesome.

I really want a 7 string.

2muchket! 05-01-2006 10:48 AM

I can barely cope with 6. Wel... I can do 12, but 7 would hurt my head.

Jev 05-01-2006 10:48 AM

Haha awesome.

I'm going to school... :(

2muchket! 05-01-2006 10:50 AM

^ What now ?

PAJJ 05-01-2006 10:51 AM

Yeah so do i, and an acoustic 12 string, not that i'd know what to do with it :-\

edit: it took three minutes for this to post :-\!!!

Jev 05-01-2006 10:58 AM

MX is back to normal speed for me.

I actually thought it was gone this time.

Nah, I'm not going to school now, I meant tomorrow.

2muchket! 05-01-2006 11:03 AM

Ack my school proms soon dunno if I should take a girl.

Jev 05-01-2006 11:10 AM

I'm taking one of my best friends :smoke:

tumples 05-01-2006 11:11 AM

id rather take a girl than a boy, just ask someone you like, or even a friend

Lord Abortion 05-01-2006 11:23 AM

I'm not taking anyone to my Prom, there's someone I would like to take, but I don't know if there's enough tickets etc.

I had to book pretty early to even go myself:p

My friends keep trying to set me up with girls, but it's not gonna work...

Adam Jones is GOD 05-01-2006 11:24 AM

I avoided my prom altogether and went to see Mogwai. No regrets at that decision at all :)

2muchket! 05-01-2006 11:32 AM

I hate wearing formal stuff so as good as it maybe I'll still feeli like a dick wearing a suit :(

Jev 05-01-2006 11:40 AM

Our Prom tickets are £11.
So they're not selling fast.

PAJJ 05-01-2006 11:44 AM

i didn't go to any of my proms, first one i got drunk under the pier with some friends, second i was under a girl, third i was in a club, maybe i should of gone to one at least.
Our Prom tickets are £11.

Jev 05-01-2006 11:48 AM

Fuck me, that's expensive.

Our prom had loads of fund-raisers and last year it was £4. I think someone in charge this year has pissed all the fund away.

Lord Abortion 05-01-2006 11:52 AM

Mine's £30

People got carried away, DJ, hiring a club(these two mean it's going to suck arse musically, ****ing cunts organising it have no musical taste), the venue in Newcastle, transport, food, a chocolate fountain...

Jev 05-01-2006 11:54 AM

Chocolate fountain.

WTF?

Lord Abortion 05-01-2006 11:56 AM
Chocolate fountain.

WTF?
it's like a fountain full of chocolate, it's all the rage with stupid people

PAJJ 05-01-2006 11:59 AM

And you're going why?

Jev 05-01-2006 12:03 PM
it's like a fountain full of chocolate, it's all the rage with stupid people
I don't think it's reached the idiots of the south yet.

Brew 05-01-2006 12:05 PM

I went to a ball for my friends 18th last night, it doesn't feel right for me to wear a tuxedo :-\

Lord Abortion 05-01-2006 12:06 PM
And you're going why?
Because I'll feel like such a sad bastard if I don't.

Jev 05-01-2006 12:13 PM
I went to a ball for my friends 18th last night, it doesn't feel right for me to wear a tuxedo :-\
Man I'm gonna feel like such an idiot in a suit.

tumples 05-01-2006 12:13 PM

those chocolate fountains are £40, if thats one of their excuses for bumping the price up, they suck

Brew 05-01-2006 12:18 PM
Man I'm gonna feel like such an idiot in a suit.
Apparently I look good in a suit, its just weird to be that smart.

2muchket! 05-01-2006 12:19 PM

Ha my History teacher is gonna get the DJ to play iron maiden at my prom. I can imagine the chavs faces t'will be comical.

Brew 05-01-2006 12:32 PM

We had some Iron Maiden on in the common room t'other day, the chavs didn't seem to mind it.

Its when Machine Head came on that they got scared and turned it off :(

I used to hi-jack the stero at college, the chavs weren't maiden fans we'll put it that way, they were are even less slayer fans.

2muchket! 05-01-2006 01:01 PM

You get chavs at college :amaze:

Jev 05-01-2006 01:10 PM

All the chavs are not coming to 6th form next year :D

2muchket! 05-01-2006 01:12 PM

Same at my school

Jev 05-01-2006 01:13 PM

They all think they can get hired or they think things will be easier for them if they apply at a random college.

Lord Abortion 05-01-2006 01:15 PM

Yeah, there are certainly less in the 6th form.

Jev 05-01-2006 01:16 PM

I think the funniest thing is when they fall pregnant.

Lord Abortion 05-01-2006 01:23 PM
I think the funniest thing is when they fall pregnant.
Oh hell yeah, one of my best friends used to be one, and she has all these people she used to hang around with who have kids now.
It's wierd.

Jev 05-01-2006 01:34 PM

My friend has a sister who I don't even think is 20 yet who has 2 children...

tumples 05-01-2006 01:37 PM

apparently there were loads of chavs here in year 11, but none of them have stayed on at all, theyve all gone to hairdressers college and got apprenticeships.
thing is though, you see half of them waiting outside school at lunch and after school for their 14 year old girlfriends

Jev 05-01-2006 01:50 PM
