man, after living in a city with millions of people - I wonder what it's like living in smaller townships where everyone kinda knows each other. I imagine that's pretty sucky.

i live in a smaller area, but there's enough tourism that i never have to know everyone.

It's not all that bad. It's easier to build friendships because you see the same people all the time, but at the same time you don't have as many people to choose from so it goes both ways I guess.

This is true. I mean, there's enough about living in Toronto that I absolutely despise, but I do like the fact that there is always somewhere to go, something to do.

Could also why I'm like "go out and meet people internet geeks" - when I forget some people are living in small towns and can't do that as easily as others.
