Busted out some old tapes the other day. Had Dark Minion - Soulraper's Eulogy going. Good stuff. Another of my tapes of them was broke though which really sucks as it took me quite some time to track it down in a trade. Looked like something fell on the box and smashed it.

I used to listen to Gorguts more, but now I just get bored with them to fast. I don't even remember the last time I listened to more than 1 or 2 of their songs at a time.

The only Gorguts album I really enjoy is [I]Considered Dead[/I].

i have everything except that

Considered Dead and The Erosion of Sanity are both great.

erosion of sanity has some of their best songs but is pretty monotonous overall

I pretty much love all of gorguts cds. On a side note, has anyone been into deathevokation?

i've been meaning to get The Chalice of Ages, never got around to it though.

I rarely check out new stuff anymore, but it's not the first time I've heard the name so I'll jot it down and maybe someday I'll bother looking into them.

only Gorguts I like is Obscura.

Yeah it gets way too much praise but seriously there are some brilliant parts on that album. Sadly it's not very consistant though.

Sweet Silence is so ****ing good though.

Obscura is their worst wtf, their first 2 and From Wisdom to Hate are much better. You should at least like FWTH.

from wisdom to hate is probably fav by a bit but obscura is still awesome.

So I found this Rotten Sound album Cycles on my computer and it was really kickass besides the singer using the same exact vocal rhythm in every song. Anyone know if they have any better albums?
