Just keep looking. I dont change avatars often and I am quite happy with mine. Took me a while to find a good resizeable pic of geezer.
|
he was born in birmingham. and before he was in sabbath his career was being a burglar. it was in prison that he got the O Z Z Y tattoo across his knuckles. but i think he spent a lot of time in the states after he was kicked out of sabbath.
anyway, enough ozzy talk, what does everyone think of letters from earth? (its on dehumaniser)
Well I like all the songs on that album, but letters from earth isnt one of the greatest. IMO |

i hate loads of time looking for avatrs, thats why i normally just get something like a sabbath album cover and resize it woo 2500 posts! |
nice one, 2500 posts. i cant rep you though, i will do later. i'm the same with avatars.

Grats on 2500 posts, shadow. ++ rep. Sucks that the pic looks bad when sized down.. That would have been a great avatar. Oh well, Geezer looked cooler when he was younger.
Out of curiosity, which track do you all think Ozzy has his best vocals on? I would say Snowblind. |
sorry but it had to be done
im catching up with this threads post count |

You've confused me..
|
oh well
so...whats everyone think of mob rules (favourite songs, riff, general comments?) |
I havn't heard that album. Or anything off of it. :upset:
|
me neither might get it if i see it cheap
|
Do you have a song you just can't stand to listen to? The only one like that for me is 'Evil Woman'.
|
i love 'evil woman'
songs i cant stand to listen to...'am i going inasne (radio edit)' that song just annoy me also 'spiral architect' most of it is fine but the chrous just pisses me off |
'Evil Woman' has such a crappy chorus it ruins the whole song for me. I didn't like Changes at first eather. I like it now.
|
yeah i'll admit the chorus is bad, but sabbath didn't write it so it can be forgiven
it took me ages to get over the kell/ozzy changes *shudder* that was so bad |
im going
bye-bye everybody  |
Changes, the original, is an amazing song.
I'm now an official Sabbath fan :)
I have Technical Ecstacy and Never Say Die (both which I got yesterday) And I already had The Mob Rules, but I got Heaven & Hell today and Dehumanizer. me=tr00 Sabbath fan :) |
oh well
so...whats everyone think of mob rules (favourite songs, riff, general comments?)
O.K, My favourite songs off The Mob Rules are as follows: Voodoo, The Mob Rules, Turn Up The Night, Sign Of The Southern Cross. In my opinion, this is deffinitley the best Dio era Sabbath album, and one of my favourite albums of the 80's, The Mob Rules>Heaven & Hell> De-humanizer. All the Dio era albums are amazing, this has probbably the best songwriting from the Dio era, but De-humanizer is deffinitley the heaviest. :) |
