Isn't self-loathing the hip thing to do?

How can anyone listen to music that doesn't have any melody to it?
You might as well stick a kitten in a blender and while listening to your grandma have a 30-minute orgasm. It pretty much gets you the same sound.

I feel ya. If I listen to something I want a real emotional lead to it. Not just Powerchords and downtunings.

I doubt you got deleted just for no reason. You should know or at least have some idea of why you got deleted. Things like this don't just happen to random people out of nowhere.

There's nothing he [I]could[/I] have done to warrant a deletion. The only people I can remember that have had accounts deleted as far as I can remember are Plexi, Chad, and the people that were banned during the server crash. Plexi and Chad both messed with the forum.

Ive heard rumours of another hack mind. Maybe thats got summat to do with it

Don't worry about what muscles you're using for double kick, just keep building up your tempo, you'l find yourself using more ankles/ hip flexors with time.

I don't play double bass. I just use a single bass drum with a single pedal.

How can I improve the flexibility in my ankles though?

Play heel down alot, playing more continous groups of notes, like 8ths or 16ths,
