Hey, can anyone suggest another slap/pop song to learn? The search isn't that good and even when it does most of the posts are use the search so i thought i would post here so i don't have to make a new thread
I know stuff like Can't Stop, Higher Ground, Take The Power Back, Sgt. Baker, American Life etc. and now am looking for something a bit more challanging thanks in advance :thumb:

:amaze: 11-03-2004 09:45 PM

Try some more primus stuff, I can't think of examples right now, but pick up a primus album and learn somgs from it.

Lacquer Head by Primus

Stone Cold Bush by RHCP

The Awakening by Les Claypool

Those should keep you busy for a little while at least! :)

I think Im going to see Oteil Burbidge and the Peacemakers in Chicago on the 12th.
Yeah, I didn't do too hot on that section. THe math, however, was pretty easy.

:amaze:
I was the opposite; I did way better in verbal than in math. But for some reason my one superpower is fill in the bubble tests...it's worth it to study (even though I didn't) because when you do well you get lots of free mony from random places.

Oteil is one of the guys on the Bass Day 98 video on Bass Lobster.

Page from Phish is also in his band.

I love classical. Must be from having played classical violin for so long. If anyone wants recommendations, I'm game. Or, if anyone wants to recommend me cool stuff, because I always like new classical ideas...

EDIT: I may make 1,000 posts tonight!
