I've been doing this ab roller thing the last like 6-8 weeks. I haven't lost any size, but it's hard now.

You don't lose weight by adding muscle. If anything you gain (though you might lose some inches around wherever), so like I said in my last post, run or swim.

This is true, muscle is a metabolic tissue, so gaining muscles increases metabolism. Which in turn helps you burn more calories. |

Not all though, like me even. But I'm built pretty big anyway (:p), so guess that's different.
Either way, running, etc, more walking even, all works faster. Suppose the best thing would be a combination of the two? |

I lost about 20 pounds of fat last semester by going to the gym twice a day about 4 times a week. I actually wound up gaining weight though because i would run and lift weights. |
Im taking weighttraining next semster so its chill.
