me and him call it us are pretty cool.
Indeed.

RetiredAt21 06-13-2006 02:15 PM

See You Next Tuesday is owning me as of right now.

Times Ten 06-13-2006 02:28 PM

Eh. I would rather listen to The Sawtooth Grin than SYNT (no, I am not going to abbreviate it how you are supposed to.)

RetiredAt21 06-13-2006 03:45 PM

See You Next Tuesday is WAAAAAAY better.

Times Ten 06-13-2006 03:54 PM

They really aren't but whatever. Neither of them are grind anyways.

RetiredAt21 06-13-2006 03:59 PM

They're both good though.

I really love the slow br00tal breakdowns in See You Next Tuesday songs.

Subvert_bassist 06-13-2006 09:27 PM

Yes, I did forget Warfair?, Evan. Tomorrow. Yessssssssss.

Oh, and I just found out that we're not only playing the fest with Verbal Abuse and Annihilation Time, but the line-up is this:

VERBAL ABUSE
ANNIHILATION TIME
DOVES LIE DEAD
ESCAPEMENT
QUIT STALIN
SHENANIGOATS
VACANT CHURCHES
THE RUNNS
COLOSSUS

Dude, we're playing just before those two? That's nuts, and I'm going insane from excitement.

P.S: We're touring towards the East next summer, guys. Give us some towns and venues out there to play, and we'll see about hitting them up. The only place I personally remember that we're going is Texas. We're going with a buddy band, Children's Crusade (awesome PV, hit up Myspace for their ****), for awhile, and when they head north for Canada and such, we're staying in the more southern area of the US and doing a little solo touring.

NewKindofArmy03 06-13-2006 09:31 PM

Come to Philly, i'll get you guys a show with my band.

AIRIC 06-13-2006 10:34 PM

If you guys come to upstate NY I'll be there. I know there's a few bands that would play with you guys and I could talk to a friend about booking a show for you guys.

Feel The Darkness 06-13-2006 11:23 PM

Andy, lemme know when y'all are gonna be in TX and I'll get y'all a show in Laredo. We'll party it up on the border.

RetiredAt21 06-14-2006 05:37 AM

You should come to PA and we can beat up some scene kids or something.

Liebensaft 06-14-2006 07:29 AM

PA probably has the most awesome scene for every genre imaginable.

*internet sarcasm* even though there are always really cool people at the folk shows or donation only things I've been to.

whiteminority 06-14-2006 11:46 AM

Come play Knoxville, Tennessee. People here would love to have a real cool band play, and I can talk to a dude about setting you guys up either at this fucking awesome rec center that has an upstairs that is fucking excellent for shows or at one of the local venues (more queer scenesters though).

RetiredAt21 06-14-2006 04:57 PM

Witch Hunt is anarcho, and Voetsek is thrash. I don't know why they replaced my crust band list with the In Grind We Crust thread in the rules thread. It doesn't even list crust band. wtf.

Warcollapse
Masskontroll
Hellshock

Discussion wise, yeah, but the band list is only for Grind and some metal. Also, PowerViolence is covered more in the thrash thread than the grind one, btw.

Whats the link to the Crust band list, I'm going to link it in In Grind We Crust just to limit the discussion to one thread if that's cool.

Or I can merge them, but that makes a mess.

Schifosi or Requiem. Epic, melodic crust bands.

Knuckleheadz 06-15-2006 07:15 PM

Man, Wolfbrigade and Kylesa are so good.

Feel The Darkness 06-15-2006 07:24 PM
Man, Wolfbrigade and Kylesa are so good.
I'm not a huge Kylesa fan, but I love Wolfbrigade. I have a big Wolfbrigade "In Darkness You Feel No Regrets" poster on my wall. It rules.

Subvert_bassist 06-15-2006 07:32 PM

Yes, I did! Do you have it? I was so pissed; I left it on top of our car when we left.

Oh, and last night, Relapse played their first show, a surprise set with Iskra, Resistant Culture, and Warfair?.

And Iskra had funny Canadian accents and said "Eh." But were amazing, even if they get lost.

Knuckleheadz 06-15-2006 07:34 PM

I need more epic crust.

Feel The Darkness 06-15-2006 07:39 PM
I need more epic crust.
Have you heard Bring It! from R.A.M.B.O.? It's not really epic crust/d-beat but it's got that feel to it.
