I've listened to Vicarious around 20-30 times I think? It's probably less, but I've had it on repeat for a loooong time.

I'm always exited to hear what electronic pad effects he's going to use.

I really don't mean to bitch, because I really really like the song, but I hope all the new songs don't have to do with topics like that. Assuming of course that there's no "secret meaning" behind it. I always relied on Tool to be neutral in their songs in that way.

Well we can only hope this is the only one, because it's the single.

They had stated though that subject matter-wise, this is definitely not Lateralus pt. 2. I was out all night and I'm on the 6th listen now and have no complaints. It gets better each time.

I wonder if maynards vocals will be behind the music through the whole album i personally wouldnt mind if they were

I was going to do that, but my day was so horrible I needed the song to hopefully make it bearable. And it more or less worked.

I didn't hear much to be honest :( But Im kinda glad, I didn't want any 5:7 haha.

The breakdown part reminded me a bit of them.

This new single is really great. I love the vocals around 6:30.
