This Neurotoxin guy is funny. Gives me a negative rep saying I am a bad poster, and picks out a post of mine that is correct saying that is one reason why I am a bad poster...

And oh noes, it's been the invasion of the Star War geeks into this thread.

Actually my friend got the 4 disc original soundtrack

Edit: Since this forum loves internet acronyms so much, here's a video for Rammstein's "Fruer Frei" made using computer symbols and acronyms.

Time for Halo 2, later guys

K night dudes, I'm heading off to bed, still not feeling all that well

And thanks again to all that repped me in that huge rep party :thumb: . If I couldn't rep you (because of my maxed out rep), I'll be sure to rep you tomorrow when I can.

Well, next Thursday my geekiness will finally be useful for something. For my Public Speaking class, I have to deliver a speech to inform the class of a specific topic. I'm doing The History of Heavy Metal in a Nutshell.

I was beginning to wonder when my obsessive nature toward my hobbies was going to pay off.

Is that speech going to be written down somewhere? I'd be interested in reading that if it is ;)

School becomes so much better when you can do things that you would want to do anyway, or would want to do, but don't have the time to do. Right now I am writing lyrics in my writing class, so that makes that period much better than it would be if I had to write about the lame stuff they usually assign in writing class.

I don't memorize speeches verbatim that well. I write mine on notecards in a series of elaborate bullets. One bullet for every two or three sentences is my general rule.

That's the good thing about these sorts of classes. My next speech after this one has to be persuasive, so I'm going to kill two birds with one stone and make it the pitch for my movie (which I mentioned aobut 20 pages back, give or take).

I see, that's what I did for my "Debate" class, which also had Public Speaking

Illmatic 02-16-2005 10:47 PM

Peace, AH.

Freezing Moon 02-16-2005 10:49 PM
Steerpike, that's a pretty good rule.

In other news, I'm going to head to bed in a few. Goodnight, all
Later.
