I parked my car in a bush once
I drew a diagram:

I never found exams hard, and A levels were the biggest doss in the world, ah good times.

Mexican Bandito 04-18-2006 10:59 AM

I love your drawings <3

Why did you park it in a bush though? :-/

Spectrum 04-18-2006 11:01 AM

That's an awesome drawing, PAJJ.

I'm out of the loop 'cause I'm American. Ask Ben or Chris. They'll vouch for me.

PAJJ 04-18-2006 11:02 AM

Thank you.
It wasn't exactly on purpose, it was dark, and i was late, and yeah, erm.... ah i just fu*ked up.

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 11:06 AM

Mogwai are pretty cool.

Spectrum 04-18-2006 11:10 AM

Mogwai are indeed pretty cool. They can certainly whip up some great songs.

I bet you had some nice scratches on your car too...

Atomic Rain 04-18-2006 11:28 AM
Coursework was never too hard really because we had our hands held all the way through. At the moment I'm debating whether to go to Uni and at the moment I'm going with not-uni because, well I'm not sure if I can be bothered to do much more work.

For GCSE I got 4 As and 5 Bs and I'm predicted 3 As and a B for AS but I'm not sure if I want to go into further education.
But, like...

What else are you gonna do?

Jev 04-18-2006 11:30 AM

123.
I don't wanna get a full time job until I'm like 30.
I bet you had some nice scratches on your car too...
Yeah, but the car was so ****ed up you couldn't notice, it went for it's MOT and had two pages of faults :(

I debated the whole uni thing, what i did was applied, deffered the place, took a year out, decided what i wanted to do, i realised working sucks, i want to go to uni, it'll give me a greater chance of getting a job i'll enjoy.

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 12:07 PM

And it's a piss around for most of three years.
Four where I'm going:D

PAJJ 04-18-2006 12:17 PM
And I'll be pissed for three years
Fixed
:chug:
well for me anyway.

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 12:18 PM

Well, I'll be pissed for four, and in Scotland too! :smoke:

Jev 04-18-2006 12:20 PM

I can't wait until Uni.

Mexican Bandito 04-18-2006 12:32 PM

I was planning on going to uni last January but I found basically the same course at college.
There are too far many courses for people choose from - it sucks :(

Jev 04-18-2006 12:42 PM

Do they have courses on stuff like how to dance with a guitar?

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 12:45 PM

They have surf studies, so anything's possible.

Mexican Bandito 04-18-2006 12:46 PM

Yeah, it's called Bustedcology

PAJJ 04-18-2006 12:47 PM
Do they have courses on stuff like how to dance with a guitar?
Do some sort of performing arts, i did a course and the arts uni near me, and the drama students did some weird stuff like dancing with brooms and the whole screaming, funny face stuff.
Was a nice distraction from staring at a 50+ year old mans genitals. I hated life drawing.

Jev 04-18-2006 01:06 PM

Sweet, I'm taking performing arts and Bustedcology.

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 01:13 PM

I slightly regret not taking Drama as a part of my course, but I hope to be involved in as many plays at the uni as possible.

Mexican Bandito 04-18-2006 01:16 PM
Sweet, I'm taking performing arts and Bustedcology.
Groovy.
I used to do drama at school, but people chose the class as a skive and it pissed me off that folk were just messing around so I quit it.

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 01:18 PM

I got that too, but I kept up with it and it's much, much better at A-Level

Brew 04-18-2006 01:47 PM
I give up on keeping up with these new kids mike. I just skim it.
Same here, its all gone weird in here these days :-\

Spectrum 04-18-2006 02:01 PM

Everything's gone strange everywhere recently. Why bother keeping up?

Brew 04-18-2006 02:09 PM

I dunno, MX is low on my list of websites to remember to check in on especially now that I'm on dial-up.

Oh yeh, I'm no longer single

Mr. Night V2.0 04-18-2006 03:37 PM

You, Brew. Send me IJ's E-mail, please.

And Stop talking about Painful revision. I have to do this in a year an a bit.

Uh no that's definately not all they do in physics no

I'm really sure about that

Lord Abortion 04-18-2006 04:09 PM

My mate is doing Chemistry at York.

He needs stupidly low entry grades, like BBC or something.
I'm lucky I'm going to scotland for English, in England, anywhere decent asks AAB.
It's a mixed blessing that I got rejected from everywhere else, because I would be pushed slightly to get that, it's what I'm predicted, but it's nice to have some leeway.

AAB ain't the end of the world.

PAJJ 04-18-2006 05:00 PM

Oh yeah, it's probably what I'll get, but I like having the leeway, like I said.

Spectrum 04-18-2006 10:35 PM

It is the first post of the American day!

FOAD!

Hooray for me!
