Most of us did, Jim did this thing where it was very easy for a user to get his name changed, so most of us used that to our advantage.

There's a post for reference.

Pretty much everybody has changed their name. I changed mine about four months ago, before it became so fashionable. ;)

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-01-2005 09:03 PM

Today I finished The Davinci Code. The ending was ingenious, but it wasn't up to par with the rest of the book. I'd rank it up there with my all-time favorites though. It has just such an amazingly intertwined plot. Every character had a purpose.

EDIT: I got my change when Cain did.

What was your old name?

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-01-2005 09:10 PM

Ripper22 or something like that was Cain's old name.

I read it two years ago (8th grade) and it's definitely one of my favorite books. I suggest you read it.

That book was really good. I would recommend reading it. I want to read Angels and Demons, the prequel to that. Right now I am reading Nostradamus: Visions into the Future.

I was thinking about people who would have a moral objection against this book, and wouldn't want "young people" reading it.

Then, i realized, "Hey, this is R+M...we ARE the moral objection."

Guess I'll be reading this book then...

And Nostradamus is full of crap. ;) My friend's gonna owe me a Coke if the world doesn't end in 2012.

I just heard it was an interesting read. I didn't expect any of it to be true.

Ya thats the only reason why i would read it.

My friend had one of his books...and i was thinking, "I don't know who's dumber...the guy who writes that shit, or the people who READ it."

Meh, to each his own. :thumb: Not my cup of tea...

There was this other book that my cousin read called THEY. It's about when people say "they" without referring to anyone in particular. Apparently "They" is a secret organization of 12 guys or something that are watching your every move. Sounds like a bunch of bs, but still interesting.

So it took like 5 months to get a tattoo?

Also, welcome back :chug:

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-01-2005 10:58 PM

Cain- The gf in Arizona eh? The one in your hometown isn't good enough, so you gotta have one somewhere else? :p

And you gotta pat Dan Brown on the back for coming up with something new and interesting involving religion. It's like he was the answer to Tool's Sober.

/hopes at least one person will get the Tool allusion

I'm writing a book about a dude that lives in Kansas, and he had a girlfriend named Rose, and my friend got all excited because he had a girlfriend named Rose in Kansas.

I find it amazing that he could have a girlfriend. I could tell you some shit about this dude.

Haha, that happens when you have stars. Some guy put me as worst moderator in the awards thread. :(

I guess I'll take it as a compliment and an insult.

Mekkalayakay 08-01-2005 11:26 PM

I've been mistaked for a mod as well, and I shouldn't even have stars.

unless there's something special about me

Heh, that's the exact thread where I got that from, and I recall that post, too.

That whole "Hey guys, I am not a mod lol!" joke lasted longer than it needed to, but oh well, heh. It was good for a laugh for the first two minutes.

"In this room, I have special..."

"Needs?"

"No, I am a special..."

"Needs child?"

"No. And that’s not even funny."

First off, he claims to be a Nazi, though for a while he couldn't pronounce it, he tried to start a Nazi alliance at school against the Jews and the 'Niggers,' his words, not mine. He claims to be the biggest badass in the world, and he's always telling everyone his fantasies that he thinks up while jerking off, only he claims that they really happened, and he looooves to tell everyone about his adventures with the 'Niggers.' I'll leave you with some of his touching and, he says, true stories...

"So I'm riding my bike home, and there was this nigger, and the chain on my bike broke and I fell, and he points and laughs, so I say, 'Shut up nigger Hitler will kill you!' And I went home, and him and four of his nigger friends come with him, and the niggers have me down, but you know my dog is racist too, and he jumps the fence and bites them and me and my dog beat the niggers."

"I was at Summer Camp, and there was this nigger, he was cool you know we hung out, and one day he's beating up kids, and I'm like 'THat's not cool' and we fought."

"When I was four, I fucked my cousin, and she's in a mental institution and so was I."

"I had my hand in her clit"

"She sucked my cock and I came blood"

"I titty fued and it gave her a rash"

"I ass-fucked and it gave me brush burn"

"I'd go necro with Kristen."

Too many bullshit stories to share.
