After a short drive down to the shops I came to a conclusion;

I'm going to buy a baseball beat and keep it in my car. If I find someone who doesn't use their indicators then I'm going to follow them until they stop their Car. I'll then grab the bat, smash their indicators and say "There's no point in having them if you're not going to use them". Any retaliation will be met with face-bat so that their fae can match their indicators.
