thats a random (and non-sabbath) fact. ive never listened to much alice cooper. and on the stars thing... kombucha mushroom mofo (sp?) has stars (the rep type) :confused:

Yeah, only mods and certain very few people can have stars and give out rep.

apparently you have to reach an "mx elite level of rep"
its just typical, i was soooooooo close to getting my stars before they took rep away :upset:

I think only mods can rep you these days and it takes alot more rep to gain stars than what it used to.

Meh, I'm not too bothered really about having stars anymore.

do any of you guys like dream theater? i just bought 2 of their albums, IMO they're pretty good.

I've got Billion dollar babies, i was thinking about going to see Alice cooper and twisted sister in newcastle but i decided not to.

I'm going to get another alice cooper album sometime but im not sure which one.

What are you out of if you're no longer a mainstream band? Tony was living his dream of making music, who cares about being popular aslong as your music is being sent out to the world, its the ignorant and narrow-minded fans that apparently made Sabbath a crappy band during the 80's and 90's.

Also, we get annoyed about Ozzy solo talk because its got nothing to do with Sabbath and it always gets mentioned, even when the Ozzy thread is going strong. Besides, Alice Cooper pwns Ozzy's solo career.

So you dont like the music from his solo career? On another topic I agree that making music is all that counts. I personaly want to be able to perform music that I write (when I get good enough at guitar) but I dont want to be famous. I just couldn't deal with it.

When i am a pro musician i want to be rich and famous :thumb:

IF i ever learn to play an instrument well, and maybe write music, i would want to be rich but not famous, i'd hate having people following me with cameras

Dragonforce, Children of Bodom, Dark Tranquility, Sonata Arctica, so I guess they are done and out because they aren't on the radio all the time and not constantly talked about all over?
