Eleventeen is back, and just begging for another banning with one of his stupid threads forcing "Nu-Metal" down everyone's throats.

So forcing extreme metal down everyones throats doesnt deserve a ban?

I don't make longass threads about why Death Metal is the greatest and no-one is allowed dislike it (although this is true). I just wrote an essay on why Suffocation own for school, but I didn't feel compelled to post it, becuase I know that quite frankly, nobody gives a sh.it.

Shadows 12-13-2004 04:17 PM

You mean Eleventeen's latest attempt at educating us in Nu-metal? That guy is really starting to PISS ME OFF. How many times does he have to be banned before he realises that nobody cares and he's not nearly as intelligent as he thinks he is?

You sound really intelligent when you make assumptions without reading an entire post.

If I may say again, I MADE THE POST SO THAT PEOPLE STOP MIXING UP NU-METAL AND BANDS SIMILAR TO NU-METAL!

I am not cramming anything down your throats, I'm just correcting what people say about Nu-Metal, so shut the hell up, that post had no opinion in it.

that post was just trying to get people to stop saying bands like Nickleback are nu-metal and showing people what nu-metal is and isn't

1) no one cares about nu metal
2) nu metal threads just end in arguements so there's no point to making them.

Ugh, yeah, Eleventeen's obsessive fixation on nu-metal is getting quite grating. It may not be all he listens to, but it sure as hell is all he ever talks about.

Cain 12-13-2004 06:43 PM

Just something that I've seen: there is now a new RIP Chuck Schuldiner thread. No offense to Dime's memory, but I sure hope these RIP threads won't continue popping up like weeds all over the place. It's not an insult to their memories to keep commemerating every rock star that ever died. Just something to look out for.

There has always been something like this for Chuck...its an annual thing for metalheads to pay respect to him since he did so much for metal.

It is completely understandable.

Plus Chuck was not as well known as Dimebag, so it won't get out of hand.

Bartender 12-13-2004 08:09 PM

You know, each bad thread only needs to be reported once.

thickasabrick 12-13-2004 08:10 PM

i'm just wondering if there are any more big polls happening any time soon, now that the Favourite Song one is done.

Bartender 12-13-2004 08:12 PM

I think Mekka is planning a Top XX Posters thread in the near future, and Riva and (maybe) Iai are doing some kinds of polls after Christmas.
