I'm not the biggest of fans, but they never fucking tour so I don't really see the point in being a DIY studio band.

in their defense when they do go out into the world, they do it pretty well. i had a lot of fun seeing them.

I don't really listen to All Leather on my own, but one of my best friends is obsessed with Pearson projects, and yeah.

The Locust's Flight of the Wounded Locust is amazing. the rest is kind of same-y.

Swing Kids are my definite favourite band by either of the involved members.

Vaguely related through Some Girls, The Plot To Blow Up The Eiffel Tower is probably one of my favorite bands.

WTF. I was talking about members of Swing Kids. Unbroken, Struggle and Bread and Circuits are some of the great bands they were in.

Unbroken was the best band to ever release anything on 31G.

i know it's cause they were bad and too jammy and not catchy at all or intense

not that the moon is a dead world is 'catchy' but it had hooky guitar and synth lines that stood out. in the new songs every instrument just blends together into blah

New Erections? No that is easily their best, and the majority of people I know into the Locust agree.

Idk about easily their best; I like New Erections but I tend to listen to their older stuff more.

I'd say the general consensus - not necessary the correct consensus - is that Plague Soundscapes is their best and most well-known album.

New Erections has the best title.

Band always sounded like a more gimmicky whitebelt band to me. :confused:

The Locust are definitely a gimmick. all of Justin Pearson's bands from Swing Kids on are gimmicks.
