RAM is practically free anymore and 2 gigs was just about the standard then (and is now for home computers).

So you're basically agreeing with me. And 1 GB was the standard for laptops last summer, I tried for one with 2 GB but they were way more expensive then.

idk not really. If I spend 700 dollars on a new computer, I shouldn't have to turn a good number of things off or spend more money to upgrade my computer just to get it to work properly.

I'm not really that against it except all of the security stuff it did initially.

I have 2GB ram, which I only really need when I boot into Windows. Vista runs just fine on my laptop. XP wouldn't recognize my hard drive because it doesn't support SATA drives.

I'm using 175MB of ram on Linux right now.

I really should update my external hard drive. I keep getting that sneaking feeling something bad is going to happen.

Yeah they taste and smell great, and are nice after a long week of school.

I don't like cigars, I smoked one once on Schoolies (the only time I've smoked a tobacco product) and it put me off cigars and cigarettes for life. Well, that and the fact that I enjoy reducing my risk of cancer.
