:p I know it doesnt sound great, but i've been reading into things, and listening to some people, and they all say the same thing. Its where the money goes now. Practically everyone has a computer, but how many of those people can fix problems? A small percentage. And technicians get paid alot, my auntie had to get some guy in just to transfer some data from one PC to another - and they charged £250! thats just one job.

I wish I had picked music.

But I chose Graphics instead. :(

I want to work in the studio. Music is my one real love, so I think, "Why not enjoy doing the one thing I love as a living?"

I actually enjoy Graphics. My class is mixed ability, so whilst everyone else is messing around and hassling the teacher, I just make up fake band logos and products for a festival I'm designing.
And my teacher let's us eat/drink in class, and listen to our mp3 players, which is cool.

Mine sucks for the same reason, but it's also funny, because me and my mates take the piss out of the lower ability people, who are all chavs.
It's funny how all the smart people either like rock music, or other music that isn't mainstream rap/dance music. All the chavs seem to think calling us "Green Day" is offensive, which we just think is pretty retarded. Those crazy G-Unit fans.

And it also means even though I suck at graphics, I am better than most of the class because they are all borderline retarded.

I remember in year 9, there was one guy, who threw a compass into the ceiling of the art class. He got detention for that, but did the same thing again in woodwork. :lol:

Sounds like my form teacher. She is an art teacher, and the most dozy bitch I've ever met. When she teaches, she pretty much tells the class to find out what something is for homework, and then they have to try doing it in lesson. Then she complains that they don't listen/didn't do it right.
None of the staff or pupils respect her, and we are wondering why she hasn't been fired yet. She constantly loses everyone's important work, and accuses our class of stealing her keys because she loses them frequently.
One more year of the bitch left. A whole fuc[b][i][/b][/i]king year.

Does anyone know/have any programs which let you make drum beats? I'm using Cubase, and it's being a bitch and not working like it should do

That sounds like exactly what this woman would do. She wouldn't really teach anything, she'd just kinda give us an assignment and tell us to figure it out. It was really annoying.

Search for Acoustica Beatcraft. It's what I use. Probably not as good as Cubase, but you are meant to pay for it, but my trial is messed up and I can still use it.

In Physics today, our usual teacher is a head of school, so he was at a meeting the period we were meant to have him. So we go to Physics and no substitute teacher turns up, so a free period for us.

So we just left.
