I switched from PNC Bank to National City because I was sick of the former's sh[size=2]i[/size]tty customer service.

But in the month that I've had my new card, they've f[size=2]u[/size]cked up my online banking, have utterly failed to send me the online banking information packet, and still have not enabled to use my card as anything other than debit. I signed up for an offer to get a bunch of bonus points (which I could trade in for airline tickets) if I made 10 transactions by the end of the year. But I can't make any transactions because they only places that will accept my card are any place that allows debit. I can't make any online transactions for stuff I need for my business. Bullsh[size=2]i[/size]t!

I'm calling customer service in the morning and demand that they get this straightened out before sundown or I'm taking my business elsewhere.
