the two songs on their split with Loss are awesome, going to download their 2007 full length now i think

probably should listen to their split then. im not really a fan of too much Loss nowadays, but LWHDWR has some dreeeeeearrry riffs to it.

the two Loss songs on the split are much more death metal than the ones on Lifewithouthope, but they're still really good. one of them is a goatlord cover, though i haven't heard the original.

dunno if you've heard it, but you should check out Four Burials, four songs from otesanek, loss, mournful congregation and orthodox. the loss track rules hard.

Triune Impurity Rites is a solid album, it would be really ****ing good if they didn't have like 20 intro tracks for every song, but it's still a good album. The only other thing I have by them is the Teitanblood split.

so im assuming there arent many greek dm bands similarly good? it's just as i expected, the only two good things to come out of greece are dead congregation and the turks.

greek bands = dead cong, kronos (ew), inveracity, extreme violence, remnants of flesh, mass infection, vulnus, blustery caveat, human rejection (ew) -- theyre really getting a great scene...but most of this stuff is brutal aside from dc

and Nocternity and Kawir and Sun of Nothing and I think that's it oh and Kaamos who are okay and Kronos are good.

Der Strumer are from Greece I believe but they suck

so yeah, Dead Congregation rules them all I guess.
