I had money and was in Boarders, so I bought new Nick Cave cd(s).

Kurtz 03-18-2006 12:42 AM

Everyone, go see V for Vendetta as soon as possible.
Everyone, go see V for Vendetta as soon as possible.
Just got back. That was sooooooo good.

YDload 03-18-2006 01:13 AM

What do Isaac Hayes, Beck, and Chick Corea all have in common?

They're all Scientologists!

br3ad_man 03-18-2006 01:21 AM

I'm seeing A History of Violence tonight, finally.

pikester 03-18-2006 01:33 AM
The Lollapalooza lineup has made me cream my pants.
That's a lot of bands.

FA 03-18-2006 02:16 AM

Wow, that Lollapalooza lineup is my dream lineup. Then again, I find quite a few bands to be horrid. But if I had the time, the location or the cash to go to it, I would, but sadly I do not. That list is fantastic, it contains a lot of artists I thoroughly enjoy.

After putting very little thought into this list, I've determined that my brain does not need fixin'.

Hoo-rah.

Little Man being Erased 03-18-2006 05:25 AM

That lineup is badass.

So I played my first game of soccer in about 6 years this afternoon. It was a practice match with the club I'm joining, and by god am I fucked now. So I'm drinkin' some beers and listening to Dylan.

br3ad_man 03-18-2006 06:09 AM

A History of Violence was really good.

Little Man being Erased 03-18-2006 06:37 AM

Yeah I want to see that.

I'm gonna watch Batman Begins soon. I bought it yesterday for $12 and it was the special edition 2 disc thing. Sweet. Rad movie.

Little Man being Erased 03-18-2006 06:49 AM

Is it wrong that I really dig "Hold Me Down" by Motion City Soundtrack?

br3ad_man 03-18-2006 06:50 AM

I thought Batman was really badass.

EDIT: I'm actually half considering seeing Motion City Soundtrack. A lot of my friends are going and it would be really nice to see a show with a lot of friends for once. I kind of dig that "I'm on fire, an' now I think I'm ready to bust a move" song. Is that the same one?

Little Man being Erased 03-18-2006 06:53 AM

Yessssss.

br3ad_man 03-18-2006 07:07 AM

It's only $40, I'm pretty sure I'll go.

Happymeal 03-18-2006 07:24 AM
Everyone, go see V for Vendetta as soon as possible.
I do hope it's that good. I was supposed to see it yesterday, but my friends bailed out the last minute.

Not sure man, but they seem pretty decent to me, so I'd reckon that you should go. It would be fun. Where are they playing?

As for V for Vendetta, I'll go see it as soon as it reaches our shores. Looking forward to it.

<3 Portman

Little Man being Erased 03-18-2006 10:10 AM

Yeah seems like they would be fun live.

Man, Batman Begins was even better the second time. Best super hero ever.

I can't wait for the next one.

Zappa 03-18-2006 10:16 AM
Everyone, go see V for Vendetta as soon as possible.
I'm a little wary. I've read the comics, and this is another movie that Alan Moore chose not to have his name associated with, isn't it?

RouteOne 03-18-2006 11:29 AM

Woooahhhh I just discovered God speed to you! Black emperor. Amazing stuff.

Dead flag blues is so errie.

EDIT: Grammar whores.

Wanker 03-18-2006 11:44 AM

This one time, I called God a sped.

He wasn't very happy about that.

pixiesfanyo 03-18-2006 11:47 AM

Yeah, they're good. That's a good song. Check out Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada. It's an EP. Good stuff.

pixiesfanyo 03-18-2006 11:58 AM
