I still need to finish Gears of War 2. Graphics in that are completely crazy.

huge improvement over the first one. combat is completely re-worked

so did i. but you probably had a lot of frustration with the combat, but just blew it off like "well yeah it's mostly an RPG that's ok". this time around, you actually have ammo, instead of over-heating.

and the biotics are about 10X more effective

I thought the combat in the first one was 100% ok tbh, idk why so many pussbags whined about it.

the inventory pissed me off and I lost track of planets and stuff

and the driving was soooo bad

your loss, the story in both is holy **** good. ask anyone. also deth, there is no mako anymore, and there are no upgrades, installations, or anything where you have to dig through your inventory.

My favorite part was exploring new planets and all that. I played the **** outta that game.

EDIT: story was def awes, all that **** about the geth and reapers...I felt so small and insignificant

the new one has less uncharted planet exploring, but the character interaction, like when you learn more about them, is so much better.

also, each character has their own mission you unlock when you learn more about them.

Hmm...idk I doubt it could be better than the first but I know I'll love it.

yeah I have way too many hobbies though had to sacrifice something

I only play games for like an hour every month don't have the time or money to be investing in new consoles although i'm tempted to buy a Wii

metroid 3 on the wii still looked pretty sexy, played all the way up to the final boss and i got bored

Metroid Prime and Zelda Twilight Princess were my two favorite GC games. Resident Evil 4 ruled, too of course.

I played 5 with a friend didn;t like it near as much as resident evil 4.

i think i liked twilight princess so much because of it's darker mood. especially when you were going through hyrule castle in the twilight zone, so crazy
