My friend and I were on the L and we were getting off our train and the stop was really really empty. All the sudden we hear people behind us, and after a bit we realize that we're being followed. I remember I was leaving the Poison Apple and I went to get Burger King around midnight. The door said they were still open, but I went to open the door and it was locked, so I went back to my car. During this time I noticed some dude in an old beat up Caravan, probably an 88 or something, in a hood with his car in idle just staring at me. I get in my car and the dude turns on his light and as I pull out of the driveway he follows. I got so scared that I ended up speeding all the way down Manchester Ave into Inglewood and getting myself completely lost.

You were driving through Inglewood at those hours?

I didn't really mean to be there, but I was in South Central so it was basically the same thing. Both places are really chill as long as you keep to yourself, and even then you meet some pretty interesting people at night when you goto a gas station or whatever.

This was just a scary experience no matter what area I was in.

I live in little place called Silver Lake which is like 5 minutes from Hollywood. It's not really Hollywood but it's close enough.

Oh nice. I remember once I wanted to go to a show in West Hollywood and my dad looked at me weird and then mentioned the gay people there.

SoCal is the best place to live in my opinion. The weather is the best.

My Dad lives (Henderson now, fiancee lives there) in Irvine, I went there last June.

If I ever go down there for a length of time, like a week or something, I'll try to hit up a show and maybe meet you and Shane.

It's doubtful though, I don't think my Dad's fiancee likes me there :(. I mostly visit him in Nevada.
