the reason why I don't gain weight is cause I don't drink or eat a lot of fatty foods (aside from tacos)

I eat about 60 g of protein a day and 10 g of fiber

breakfast - something small, usually a poptart or cereal/cereal bar

lunch - roast beef or turkey sandwich and a few chips

dinner - chicken with either potatoes and/or bbq beans or rice and/or pinto beans

4th meal - pizza or random snacks, fruit (usually an apple)

I aim to have 2g of protein for every kilo of my body, so about 180g a day. If you do weights that's a fairly good guide for how much you should eat.

well yeah I do eat it a lot

when I do it usually counts as two meals though since mexican food is more filling (has a lot of cals)

no matter what I end up eating around 1600 to 2000 because my diet is low fat

say I eat 6 tacos, that's equivalent to about two meals worth of calories

I stay full for awhile (because of the calorie intake)

its pretty simple logic

like if I go to red robin and eat a huge meal, it'll be my only big meal because I'll stay full for a long time
