Bold statement senor Crumb.
It's pretty true, although maybe I should give McGuinn's solo albums a try. Really probably the best American band in terms of pop talent among its members, that's for sure. |
Xiu Xiu - Fabulous Muscles
Havn't listened to this in ages. Great band. |
Radiohead - "Kid A"
First time listening, definitely better than OK Computer. |
The Bronx - The Bronx II - Don't know if I like this as much as their first one.
Tokyo Police Club - A Lesson In Crime - Been playing this a fair bit recently, can't wait for their new release. |
Lots of Melvins because I'm seeing them tonight.

If Gram Parsons counts, as he was only in the band for a few records, you're wrong wrong wrong. Wrong! |
Bronx II is better I think. Incidentally, I just got a CD copy of Bronx I.
I'm still trying to decide. Bronx I has catchier songs imo although I haven't listened to II as much. |

Sure he counts and as much as I love solo Parsons, I'm right right right. Right! Although to be fair, "A Song for You," "Return of the Grevious Angel" and "In My Hour of Darkness" are probably better than anything Clark ever did. |

I like it better now, but not a lot. I think most of those plays are just "Little Amp" over and over again. |

I've been listening to lots of classic country, which is sort of a constant for me, but I've listened to it more in the past week than I have in a while. And the Flaming Lips. I can't believe it took me so long to get into them, but they've quickly become one of my favorite bands. Last.fm... 01. Woody Guthrie 02. George Jones 03. the Replacements 04. the Vaselines 05.
