The vegetarian meal I ate on an airplane once was actually really good. It was basmati rice with chick peas in curry sauce.

I've actually been eating predominantly vegetarian lately because I don't have a normal size fridge, only a mini one, so I can't store meat.

There are other sources of protein. I eat lots of soy nuts and peanut butter to make up for the lack of meat =)
