Deth 04-14-2006 08:13 PM

Fiddler on the Green is one of my favorite songs ever.

I wanted that shirt too, but they were out. That was quite a while back though.

Apocalyptic Raids 04-14-2006 08:14 PM

Fiddler On The Green is a cool song.

Stormrider 04-14-2006 08:16 PM

Yeah it really is an awsome song.

I saw a guy at school with that shirt once.

Shattered_Future 04-14-2006 10:48 PM
I never imagined you as large...
Dude, I'm goddamn 6'1" and 220 pounds, and I'm only 15. I'm ****ing huge.

I need to get some Blind Guardian tee...gotta love the cover for ANATO.
Dude, I'm goddamn 6'1" and 220 pounds, and I'm only 15. I'm ****ing huge.

I'm like 5 8 and a cool 135 at the same age.

blue3 04-14-2006 10:52 PM

Most band shirts I see are medium or large. There's rarely any smalls or extra smalls, which is lame.

Apocalyptic Raids 04-14-2006 11:03 PM

I wear medium

Large are the most common metal shirt size.

np: Megadeth - Hook In Mouth

blue3 04-14-2006 11:05 PM

Why?! Why can't they make extra smalls for.. me.

Leper 04-14-2006 11:06 PM

OH MAN this reminds me I FINALLY bought a Pink Floyd hoody yesterday. I'm so happy I finally have one.

Apocalyptic Raids 04-14-2006 11:09 PM
Why?! Why can't they make extra smalls for.. me.
i bet they make extra smalls for natalie imbruglia

blue3 04-14-2006 11:13 PM
I'm not sure you're a very profitable market right now.
haha, yeah.. I could always get the girl shirts but I hate those.

And I hate you, Jono. And Natalie Imbruldgsdjghhjnv

PinkFreud 04-14-2006 11:26 PM

I wear a medium but I still have a lot of larges from my...rap phase.

I'm making a playlist of all covers. Any suggestions?

Shred Danson 04-15-2006 01:26 AM

So I didn't get a tattoo tonight. :upset:

But we DID find an apartment and saw Scary Movie 4. :D

Invicta_Veritas 04-15-2006 02:18 AM

What does everybody think of a series of threads on softer rock bands, like M20, Goo Goo Dolls, Hootie and the Blowfish, Lifehouse, etc.? I know not everyone here listens to just heavy stuff; it would be something new.

Riva 04-15-2006 02:23 AM

The only band I sort of like from that list is Goo Goo Dolls... However, the rock side of the forum will probably love you.

Invicta_Veritas 04-15-2006 02:26 AM
The only band I sort of like from that list is Goo Goo Dolls... However, the rock side of the forum will probably love you.
I guess it would be kind of a change, I've got a lot of softer artists that I listen to regularly that I don't see ever get mentioned.

the2stranger 04-15-2006 02:28 AM

Morning all.
I just had one of the weirdest dreams ever.
I was walking through some destered tunnel complex of the railroad company, and in this complex there were all torture rooms, S&M rooms and other freak show worthy rooms.
Veyr Saw like.
The worst part was, I was being followed around by evil train conductors wanting to give me a fee for being in this tunnelcomplex.
The trainconductors looked like Mr. Smith of the Matrix.

Wild Imagination ftw!

Riva 04-15-2006 02:35 AM

I once had a dream I was a bottle. It was really cool. I think I was a beer bottle, and I went from being served in a pub, getting drunk (pun har har), getting tossed in the gutter, and flowing out to sea.

I woke up before I got anywhere interesting... :(

PinkFreud 04-15-2006 02:35 AM

Sounds more like Hostel than Saw. Weird though. I rarely remember my dreams and when I can, I don't want to. The most recent was about 6 months ago. My uncle had a puppy and wanted me to execute it with a bone sword. I won't go any further than that. It was disturbing.

Riva 04-15-2006 02:37 AM

[Dane Cook]
That means you're gay... Did your dream have lightning? Omigosh, you're like SUPER gay!

Awesome.

I dream so much lately, I don not rest enough while sleeping.
It sucks, considering that I hardly get any sleep in the first place.

It does sound disturbing :(
I wonder how people get inspiration for stuff like this, I mean something along the lines of my dream has never happended to me in real life.
Maybe I'm a psyco and I kill people in my sleep

PinkFreud 04-15-2006 02:48 AM

Yeah. Another of mine was just Paul and Linda McCartney skipping through a field. So I get mixed messages. Anyway, it's 4:41 here and I don't know how it got so late so quickly so I'm off to sleep.

the2stranger 04-15-2006 02:50 AM

night night.
It's 11 in the morning here, so I jsut woke up :p

Invicta_Veritas 04-15-2006 02:50 AM

Wow, I'm glad I stay out of the Black Metal Thread....I'm not "troo" enough
Wow, I'm glad I stay out of the Black Metal Thread....I'm not "troo" enough
Explain please?

np: Sinsister - Enbodiment of Chaos

Invicta_Veritas 04-15-2006 02:57 AM

I just find it hilarious that if the band isn't using a dozen string arrangments and singing like dead people about dead people on every song, they aren't black enough. And if the production is clean, they are too "watered down" to be black metal anymore.

<<<listens to Cradle of Fitlh, Dimmu Borgir, Ishtar, Rotting Christ.....
^^^^^^for this reason I would be flamed if I entered that thread.

I just like to browse and laugh at how butthurt people get when you mention a band that has become cool to accept as "not black enough anymore".

Why stay clear of the thread?
I'm probably the biggest Arcturus fan on these boards, are they black metal, or were they ever really? I can say the same thing for Solefald
I don't care really, there are enough people who want to discuss.
symphonic and melodic stuff.
I'm a big fan of the melodic stuff.
Like:
Borknagar
Anorexia Nervosa
Emperor
and so on.

But I enjoy Mayhem or Burzum too.

EDIT:
I'm going to get dressed now.

Besides CoF, DB, Ishtar, RC, and Emporer, the closest I get to black metal is the more melodic death and Gothenburg.........I've peeked in that thread a couple of times, and from what I've seen, I would be totally out of place/subject to flaming....

edit: its 3:15 a.m...... I'm sooo going to bed now.

Obviously you have missed the mountains of Darkthrone discussion in that thread.

Jev 04-15-2006 04:41 AM

I don't listen to Black Metal much either, thus I'm scared of that thread.
