I was on a field trip to Hemavan in the north of Sweden.

Oh cool.

I'm going to Mackinac Island. It's pretty much the only place in the US where there are no cars (they were banned from the island). It's really nice up there.

In a month and a half I'm going on a field trip to (among a few other places) Berlevåg on the Varanger Peninsula in north-easternmost Norway and will be camping a few nights by the Barents Sea. I'm really looking forward to it.

Sadly my field trips are pretty expensive, but one shouldn't complain.

The mummy III looks pretty bad. I really want to see Pineapple Express though

Yeah it's a beautiful island. Everybody gets around by walking, biking, or by horse. There is an old French colonial fort on the island too.

The effects on the Mummy III were ace, but the story so thin, the good actors were underused, the jokes lost all thir subtlety.
All in all, it was a letdown.
But oh well.

I never have interesting fieldtrips, but I guess that has something to do with my study as well. haha.
