Euch. I'm not a big spirits man. I only really like whiskey, and it has to be decent whiskey. Rum's alright too, especially if you're already drunk. Vodka I despise. My preference is cider, but I'll drink beer, or wine at a stretch. Champage over wine.

My mysterious cocktail was awesome as well. It had the following in random amounts:

Coke
Blue WKD
Jamesons Irish whiskey
Jack Daniels
Vodka
Something that looked suspiciously like archers.

It was lush. As a result i forgot how to make it again :rolleyes:

eating bread doesn't do anything once drunk. considering the alcohol is already in your bloodstream, i find it very hard to imagine the bread hopping into your blood, grabbing the little alcohol molecules, and then bringing them out. and even eating bread immediately after drinking alcohol just spans the drunkenness over a longer time.

Shame about your cocktail, but I bet mine was better. What we did, right, was we had some vodka and diet coke. Y'know, poor mans poof juice. Then we poured it into a teapot with some old tea in it. Then we drank that. It was surprisingly nice, given I hate vodka. On the other hand, I'd had a couple of cans of Strongbow, so I was probably slightly more receptive, on account of I couldn't taste as much.

Oh, and do tell about the vodka drums.

Ok vodka drums :( I dislike this story for reasons that become obvious.

Before my first major gig (which abour 1000 people showed up to and we made £3.6k for charity) i got the shakes real bad so i decided to have some shots to calm my nerves. 8 Shots later and i head off to the venue, hoping the walk would do me good. Got there and unpacked my gear (which arrived seperately) and all went well.

Its here that i start to feel a bit woozy. So i think, whatever, have some water and do what im here to do. Played a half decent set, dropped my sticks a few times.

Its HERE that my story gets embarrasing. By the end of the set i was pretty wasted but still managin to play the songs. End of the last song arrives i got carried away, thought i was a huge rockstar and hurled my sticks away. The stick narrowly misses this girl i had a huge crush on's bf and he thinks i did it on purpouse. So of course, he hurls it back and it misses my face by a hair and leaves a huge dent in the wall behind me. I moved to avoid it and my face met the floor tom in mid air (very confusing) then when i attempted to get up i went straight back down, backwards off the throne, bounced my head off the wall and landed in a muddle on the stage. Whilst untangling myself i fell off the stage, walked outside and vommited over the sound techs van :) Then the stupidest idea, i went and had sex with a lass i'd spent a year persuading to leave me alone :(

Attempting to reroute traffic with a hairdryer and a yellow jacket
Walking to a supermarket at 2am, when it closed 6 hours earlier.
Having sex with a variety of sluts
Trying to persuade a bouncer HE was underage for a club

And on saturday i'll have more amusing anecdotes when i get back from a night of Skananigans

okay, so me and my friends go to this one girl's birthday party about a year ago. i'm the only one who really knows her and her friends, and my buddies just mostly come along because hey, it's a party. so we're in her basement, drinking, and one of her friends, who i was barely friends with, starts giving me eyes. i know we're both drunk, and decide to avoid her. a few more drinks. then her mom brings down probably 500 bagel bites. i proceed to eat atleast 80 of these things. god i love bagel bites. a few more drinks.

at this point, i've had oh, 18 shots and 80 bagel bites. then the girl comes up and talks to me, as i'm laying on the ground with my head propped up against the wall. but this is no normal talk. she's sitting on me, saying something i can't really understand. she leans in for a kiss, which i, drunk as i am, lift my head to meet half way. which is when the bagel bites start to argue with the vodka in my stomach. at the first kiss, one huge stream of bagel bites, vodka, and whatever i had eaten in the last few days comes flying up, right into her mouth. as she pulls away, i'm still going, and it proceeds to cover her face, eventually dripping down back onto me.

apparently, my friends were all sitting on the other side of the room, watching this girl jump ontop of me, and when one of my friends sees this stream, he throws up on the giant plate of bagel bites.

my friends clean me up, like a bunch of nice guys. but then, they decided it'd be funny to feed me some more bagel bites. drunk as i am, i can't taste the throwup covering them, and i eat, oh god, atleast 20 more of these things.

and it gets better. the girl was still all over me right after it happened, and ended up sleeping with me. :lol: talk about forgiveness.

i dont know, i wasn't very pleased with endtroducing, it was the second one i bought but i liked private press a bit more. it has osme good songs but a lot of them really didnt tickle my fancy. I really want to get that one live cd with cut chemist, that should be good, i heard a few songs from it and they were pretty nice.
