let's compare with a band like, say, Arsis:

As the reasons came and went, and swept across
The face of my innocence, I was lost.

To know your face, and your true shade
To feel your lips, and to be bade
To praise the night, to praise my unknown faith
Must I sure find a way? To infest the wound

Inside the wound, that draws me near
And cries my name, and feeds my presence
I am here!

I long for one piece with
I cry for my peace is in you

not a single face melting wtf

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 08:05 PM

arsis is faggy

Txus 07-31-2008 08:05 PM

seven nights before
of sacred birthday
the lord make himself
present at virgin's home

demons suck your pussy
and **** 'till delight
she isn't more virgin
because was ****ed by satan

he put the virgin of four
****ing your *** hole
the orgy haven't stop
ejaculating on her mouth

she suck the hammer of satan
and reach the first orgasm
he breack laws of god
and prophane the mother of gods

ELITE

omgz guys why u hurt me so bad?!?!?! :upset:

RouteOne 07-31-2008 08:08 PM

(It starts with)
One thing / I don’t know why
It doesn’t even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind / I designed this rhyme
To explain in due time
All I know
time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away
It’s so unreal
Didn’t look out below
Watch the time go right out the window
Trying to hold on / but didn’t even know
Wasted it all just to
Watch you go
I kept everything inside and even though I tried / it all fell apart
What it meant to me / will eventually / be a memory / of a time when I tried
so hard

And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

One thing / I don’t know why
It doesn’t even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind / I designed this rhyme
To remind myself how
I tried so hard
In spite of the way you were mocking me
Acting like I was part of your property
Remembering all the times you fought with me
I’m surprised it got so (far)
Things aren’t the way they were before
You wouldn’t even recognize me anymore
Not that you knew me back then
But it all comes back to me
In the end
You kept everything inside and even though I tried / it all fell apart
What it meant to me / will eventually / be a memory / of a time when I
I tried so hard

And got so far
But in the end
It doesn’t even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn’t even matter

I’ve put my trust in you
Pushed as far as I can go
And for all this
There’s only one thing you should know
I’ve put my trust in you
Pushed as far as I can go
And for all this
There’s only one thing you should know
I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn’t even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn’t even matter

Deth 07-31-2008 08:14 PM

I haven't listened to Hybrid Theory by choice in like 6 years, but I still know all the lyrics when I hear a song from it.

Ima listen to that album later definitely

brings back school memories.

*tear*

Iluvatar 07-31-2008 08:18 PM

Reanimation is pretty decent.

Hybrid Theory is pretty much middle school to me, while Tell All Your Friends (TBS) is high school. Two albums that I will never hate, but will probably wonder "wtf why did i like those so much" in twenty years.

Thor 07-31-2008 08:20 PM

hyrbrid theory, RATM's the battle of los angeles and slipknot's self titled were middle school for me

Iluvatar 07-31-2008 08:22 PM

i listened to a lot of fugazi in 8th grade and thats also when i first heard coheed and cambria

but i mean comeon who didnt listen to hybrid theory 24/7 when it came out if they were under the age of 18

Thor 07-31-2008 08:24 PM

123

i'm pretty sure that album didn't leave my walkman for at least six months at one point

i still have my meteora shirt in one of my drawers so when i feel elite i put it on

rasputin 07-31-2008 08:29 PM
Tell All Your Friends (TBS) is high school.
I'm proud of the fact that I've always hated this band/album.

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 08:31 PM
