I have a question, and I don't really want to make a new thread. I don't really even like Ibanez, but I was playing on a used SR506, and it was great. I was so suprised, I could do everything on it, if it hadn't of been so scratched up with an iffy input jack, I might have went for it. I also tried out a brand new BTB406 and prefered the feel of the former. Not being an Ibanez conisiour, what would you prefer?

I'm here again.
Off for a job interview later tonight, I should probably go get ready sometime soon. I might just go now. Talk to you all later. |
Wintermute isn't adding poem verses to the closed threads now :(.
I didn't think anyone was paying attention :p Here's the poem in full: Ozymandius by: Percy Bysshe Shelley I met a traveler from an antique land Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone Stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand, Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whos frown, And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command, Tell that its sculptor well those passions read Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things, The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed; And on the pedestal these words appear: "My name is Ozymandius, king of kings: Look on my words, ye Mighty, and despair!" Nothing beside remains. Round the decay Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare The lone and level sands stretch far away. |
I prefer spanish poetry...its like 1000 years older than american and sustantially better than english. (as good as french, maybe)

What he heck. Look what I got in my e-mail...
Date: Thu, 25 Nov 2004 12:34:24 +0000 From: miss2kokou@jumpy.it Add to Address Book Subject: Dearest Beloved One, To: miss2kokou@jumpy.it Dearest Beloved One, Perhaps this would go down as the most difficult letter i will ever attempt to right in my life. I am not sure that it will adequately conveys the remorse I feel at this moment how do I begin my story? How do I tell this story without shedding tears Tears of sorrow Oh God I think you for giving me this opportunity to air my view and to share this story with some one. I am Mrs. Williams Kokou from Ivory Coast. I was married to Mr.Late Mr Wiliams Kokou who was a contractor with the government of Cote D'Ivoire before he died in the year 2003 after few days in the hospital. The doctor said his death was as a result of poison. We were married for so many years with two small children a girl of 4yrs and a baby boy of 1 year. Before his death we were both born again Christian. Since his death I decided not to re marry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bibleis against. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of $14.500 Million with a Bank in Cote D lvoire. Presently this money is still in the custody ofthe Bank in Cote D lvoire. Recently, my Doctor told me that it is very likely i will die within the next nine months due to cancer problem. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to a church, organization or good person thatwill utilize this money the way I am going to instruct here in. I want a church, organization or good person that will use this fund for orphanages, widows and other people that need help and also propagating the word of God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that"Blessed is the hand that giveth". l took this decision because of my childern that will inherit this money and since my husband relatives are not Christians not even good at all because they are the one that responsible for the death of my husband in other to have all my late husband's prperty and I don't want my husband's efforts to be used by those that conspired for his death. I don't wantthem to know about this development and l know that With God all things are possible This is why I am taking this decision.Though it was very painful to hear this kind of news from my doctor but I am not afraid of death because I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. I don't think there is need for any telephone communication in this regard because of my health but the important thing to me is for you to do what i will require you in this regard. As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Bank in Cote d' lvoire. I will also issue a letter of authorization to the bank that will prove you the present beneficiary of this money. I also want you, church or the organization to always pray for me because the lord is my only shepherd. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life.Any delay inyour reply will give me room in sourcing another goodperson, church, organization for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I Stated herein. Hoping to receive your response immedaitely. Thanks and Remain blessed in the Lord. l remain yours sister in Christ. Mrs. Wiliams Kokou. |
What happened?
well i have been quite ill for the past few days, and last night i woke up feeling really wierd and my chest felt like someone was squeezing it, my mum got a bit worried and phoned NHS direct (24 hour health advise) and they got worried and phoned an ambulance to come and check me out. So the ambulance came and they took me to the hospital, the main reason everyone got all worried is because they thought i had an allergic reaction to the medication i was taking which can be very serious, but it turned out that it wasnt and they still dont know what happened to me. So oh well i wasnt that worried i was kinda enjoying the ride in the ambulance  |
