whiteminority 01-20-2008 12:14 PM

You get a pic of the Slight Slappers 2" but not the Spazz 1", Matt what the hell?

Matt? 01-20-2008 12:33 PM

I GOOGLE SEARCHED HARD FOR THAT SPAZZ 1"

couldn't find one!

whiteminority 01-20-2008 12:36 PM

Really? Wow, I've seen it quite a few times on vlv, hmm.

I wonder if anyone has ever done a 4". I know all the other sizes 12" have been done, and I heard something once about a band that did a 13", but that would be weird.

Matt? 01-20-2008 12:50 PM

i also vlv searched for it. i've definitely seen it on there before but i dunno... i was having a hard time.

i wonder how much it costs to put out a 1"

whiteminority 01-20-2008 01:55 PM

They said they just used some little buttons that were in the shape of records.

Matt? 01-20-2008 02:00 PM

so they weren't even real?

cobert 01-21-2008 11:11 AM

How would you even play a 1", I guess they had to be fake.

Spazz is tight.

RetiredAt21 01-21-2008 11:52 AM

I wuv Spazz.

whiteminority 01-21-2008 02:11 PM
so they weren't even real?
Did you not know that?

The Funky Lil' *** Platter 1" by Spazz was called a noise ep so that if someone could ever manage to rig a turntable up to play it the listener couldn't say that all it was was noise. Christ it was a joke at how bands would do nothing but small records and have huge thank-you lists, the thanks list was like 3 times longer than the record itself.

However, this doesn't prevent the thing going for over $300 regularly. Only 14 of them were made and many collectors consider it one of the pinnacles of a collection.

Matt? 01-21-2008 09:47 PM

nah i kinda thought they actually made a 1" somehow.

that's pretty funny

cobert 01-23-2008 08:07 PM

The newest episode of the wire (saw it on demand, I dont think it airs until this sunday) has left my jaw on the floor.

pixiesfanyo 01-23-2008 08:12 PM

is that the one with Omar pissed off as **** at the end?

cobert 01-23-2008 08:15 PM

No, thats the one before it. That one was very good too.

I hope this newsroom storyline picks up sometime soon.
