It's bullshit. There's no way to fight it because we signed a contract saying that we would give them the 30 days notice.

Stupid ****ers.
At least we got a little money back, as they were able to lease it before the month was up.

We just got a check for 200 bucks. We still got burned bad, but that helps.

Yeah, I spoke with the manager and she said if we turn in the keys early, there is a possibility of that happening. So hopefully that will happen. We'll also be getting the security deposit back in September.

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 07:13 AM

I just got to work, and nobody is here. I hope this isn't some day off they forgot to tell me about.

jrowa001 07-31-2008 08:00 AM

herrrooo! today is going to be another boring day in southern california. too expensive to drive anywhere

adb 07-31-2008 08:03 AM

yeah my parents are going to lake arrowhead for their anniversary today, I'm at home with my brother we'll probly just get some lunch or something later

132WalrusesInMexico 07-31-2008 08:06 AM

California is nice.

I've only been once. I like the zoo in San Diego.

One of my friends lives in LA but he's moving to Austin, TX.

jrowa001 07-31-2008 08:06 AM

i used to hang out in lake arrowhead/crestline all the time back when i played travel basketball and this kid on my team lived up there.

even though gas is still expensive, im glad it has dropped down a bit. only most likely it will go back up again. i used up almost half a tank a couple days ago driving to a friends apartment (mainly cuz i got lost on the way home)

DeathMagnetic 07-31-2008 08:07 AM

it took $60 to fill up my tank

jrowa001 07-31-2008 08:09 AM

haha yeah thats basically the average for me. when it was at its highest not that long ago it grabbed $73 out of my wallet, then the pumped shoved itself up my ***

adb 07-31-2008 08:11 AM

at times like these its almost refreshing knowing I have nowhere to go therefore am unaffected by gas prices

132WalrusesInMexico 07-31-2008 08:11 AM

Yeah, I can bike everywhere so I'm in luck.

Unfortunately a lot of people can't:(

Thor 07-31-2008 08:12 AM

i've biked more than all of guys

just saying

adb 07-31-2008 08:13 AM

I don't know how to ride a bike

jrowa001 07-31-2008 08:14 AM

DeathMagnetic 07-31-2008 08:31 AM

132WalrusesInMexico 07-31-2008 08:38 AM

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 08:51 AM

Bummer.

Yeah I remember reading your thread after it happened. I've yet to be in an accident. The worst thing that's happened to me is I lost control of my car due to ice on the roads and my car slid into the curb. I had to get new tires.

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 08:55 AM

two co-workers were having an affair but they were both married. They got caught and fired. They are usually the earliest here, and the others were dealing with the firings.

pate 07-31-2008 08:55 AM

co-workers ****ing

Wait..they got fired for it? Were they ****ing in front of AutoCAD or what?

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 09:13 AM

well they were both married so it created a situation that is bad for the company's reputation.

jrowa001 07-31-2008 09:17 AM

that sucks. looks like they will be getting divorces soon

McP3000 07-31-2008 09:18 AM

that'll be an awkward conversation with their spouses

DeathMagnetic 07-31-2008 09:20 AM

hahahaha welcome to burger king

gmoneyguy 07-31-2008 09:25 AM

not only that the female was 25 and guy was 58

McP3000 07-31-2008 09:26 AM
