Let's get the facts straight here:

There were colored dots, which apparently are now gone.

The new button adds to or detracts from an user's "reputation"

You can only post so many "reputation" things in a 24 hour period

You cannot repeatedly give reputation to one person without spreading it out first

Clicking on your own reputation button show's your reputation

I still only have ten. Has no one been raising my reputation???

Can you still see them Mitchell? What does mine say?
