you should try to cut down ur mg as much as you can, then when ur really at a low mg, just go threw a few days of hell. its worth it

Yeah I kinda got dumped from my last program because of some anxiety issues making it difficult for me to go consistently. So I'm working on getting into another program (or else I won't be able to keep getting subs)

idk even today my buddy called me saying he's got some H and that little light went on in my head and I couldn't stop thinking about it. I almost gave in but eventually I just sucked it up and took a sub.

But I can't help but think if I'm always gonna have that urge even after being a year clean

your always gunna wanna do it, but im sober 3 months now and i dont even have the thought of doing any heroin. it gets easier everyday, especially when ur off of the sub. just take it day by day bro, thats the only real way to stay sober.
