Listened to some lascowiec on youtube, not bad.

Forgot how awesome [I]Vampires of Black Imperial Blood[/I] is.

listening to Castevet - [I]Mounds Of Ash[/I] and enjoying it. kind of reminds me of Cobalt - not as good though. also can hear a slight DsOish influence. edit- yea so like the second last song definitely sounded a lot like DsO/ulcerate.

its not like elite [I]super raw[/I] black metal, and i'm sure it'll be labeled hipster black metal or w/e.

There was alot of LLN hate here for the longest time. I remember Tyler used to bring that album up as an example of everything wrong with the LLN whenever the topic came up.

Steve thinks anything rawer than Burzum is silly.

It has nothing to do with how raw it is and everything to do with how terrible it is. Not only is the drummer incapable of keeping time for more than thirty consecutive seconds but most of the guitar work sounds like some guy dicking around while he's trying to tune it. Oh, that and the songs suck.

I'm not saying that album is any good.
