it's not a slight on you, I'd say the same thing for 95% of people listening to it for the first time. I've yet to hear about someone actually liking it from the get-go.

No worries. I listen to a good bit of stuff that takes a bunch of listens to get into. I couldn't stand Poison The Well or Converge for a long time and now they're two of my favorite bands.
