Very Vashti. Sometimes more folksy. Not bad, on first listen.

actually haven't heard [i]Neon Bible[/i] yet. I decided a while ago that I'll just wait until I own it. Now I'm waiting for it in the mail. Lame.

Hold Steady - [I]Boys and Girls in America[/I]

I used to think this album and band were trash. Now I'm coming around. Weird.

Do you guys know a band called The Envy Corps? I got a promo cd with Neon Bible. It sounds pretty good, you should check them out. They've opened for The Killers, and supposedly sound similar, but I haven't really heard The Killers. Maybe I should.

I have been listening to some recentish King Crimson bootlegs and Projekt 1, 2 and 3 stuff. They are KC offshoots. Good stuff

Neon Bible is good. Particularly "Intervention" and "The Well and The Lighthouse".

I'm listening to Paul's Boutique now. It's awesome. Beastie Boys are playing at Roskilde Festival.
