:amaze: You're not a Slayer fan!!!!
For shame!!!! J/k. I just want to see metallica live for once. It would be so awesome. I've got a buddy of mine that is willing to take me to a bunch of concerts as long as I buy my own ticket. Hopefully they'll get their heads out of their @$$es long enough to tour. Even if it means listening to that speedballing monkey named lars play drums.
Yeah, Same here. Next time they come in my area, which I have no idea when, Im gunno go. But I got a few shows I want to go to next year and in 2007, even if that far away :p |

"Supposedly" Some Kirk Hammett riffs... Got it off the net somewhere. Do you reckon its him? |
Not really sure what I started here but we've gotta get back on topic here soon.
What Metallica have you been listening to lately? I've been diggin' KEA a lot right at the moment. I found that kirk's soloing was the best here. It was simplistic yet highly effective. If you don't believe me listen to the slow solo to the Four Horsemen. |

Began playing along again to some too. Yeah that solo is realy cool. Im stuck on the song AJFA right now. Such a good song.. |
I actually havnt chucked on a Metallica cd in a long while.. Trying to stop myself from gettin sick of the band, because I listened to each album everynight for ages.
But last album i listened to was KEA also, as I was trying to learn Jump In The Fire. Wicked song. |
Even though it's a basic song, I was really diggin' the lyrics to both Motorbreath and Whiplash.
I don't know why they don't write lyrics like that anymore. |
I feel like such a fanboy! I've got my old avatar back!!
I dunno, I swear Opeth were here like earlier this year though...
What a pro band :D
They were here last year, or it could have been the year before. I remember one of my mates went and saw them. |
I was wondering if any other bands have a simillar name close to metallica. Such as Exotica, ect ect. names with "ica" at the end of them.
|
Yeah, but generally speaking LA can be pretty freakin' crazy!!!
You should've seen the mosh pit that was goin' on when I saw SYL and FF. I can only imagine what it would be like if thrash bands like Slayer and Metallica played here again.
you should check out the scene here in blackpool its wild  |
You have the pleasure beach and Blackpool tower, what more could you want?
*laughs*
a clean beach...theres more chance of standing on an infected needle than standing on sand:lol: |
wat a bizarre and left of field question...
scariest mosh pit ive been was for slipknot at big day out 2005...thank god i dont like their music and had no issue leaving... incidentally, chu ne chance of me bathing in the glory of cliffs phenomenol bass playing in the next decade? |
Im stuck on the song AJFA right now. Such a good song..
it's a cool song but seems to drag on towards the end.
I found that kirk's soloing was the best here. It was simplistic yet highly effective. Motorbreath is my favorite 'Tallica song right now. |
Definatly one of their strongest live songs :D
|
Motorbreath? I've only heard it on the Unnamed Feeling EP live.
|
it's really good on Cunning Stunts.
|
it's really good on Cunning Stunts.
