idk im maybe not enjoying it as much as i should just because i dont find it too different from the last two albums

that's its only "flaw". it's not a change of style at all. but I find it to be another step towards perfecting their style. I like it a whole lot.

i should probably listen to it again. the whole time while listening i was in the mindset of "haven't i heard this before" so i probably just didnt give it the chance it deserves

grey skies used to be my favorite but its all about instilling the affliction nowadays

So through tweeking the equalizer on itunes, i figured out how to make vincent price's orphan powered death maching sound lot more cohesive.

Like you can hear the riffs over the vocals, as opposed to being way too high in the mix, and turned down the drums hard.... it sounds really sick and muddy.

Saving this setting specifically for these guys cause it makes them so much more enjoyable to hear all aspects at once.
