do chants count?
no |
lol I'm not even gonna waste my time, I know you're just trying to eff w/ me
no, i'm being 100% serious, there is not a single part of an as blood runs black song that resembles any part of a hardcore song whatsoever other than some drumming
and some vocals...and some breakdowns...and some lyrics...
the vocals? no.
the lyrics? what? that doesn't define genre. the breakdowns? you're kidding, right? |
http://youtube.com/watch?v=zibEPgMNNfc
this is hardcore their lyrics are focused on being gay, i guess that means you need to have lyrics about being gay to be hardcore |
vocals? yes
lyrics? yes (you said resemble, not define) breakdowns? idk |
http://youtube.com/watch?v=rkN6IqOfPTU
a hardcore band with lyrical topics COMPLETELY different from the previous hardcore band i linked also, neither band has breakdowns, neither band has lyrics like one another or as blood runs black, neither band has vocals like as blood runs black |
thse r jus 2 bans outta liek a meelon
hardcore is a very derivative genre
so if the lyrics are about hardcore porn...is it still hardcore lyrics?...or is it just pornogrind?
def koar
LOL, why is put Animal Photograph...thats actually is funnier now...must be beastialitycore
Core has become the ending for music with breakdowns, or if it has scenesters playing in the band, or with grindcore its because of actual hardcore punk influence. The meaning has changed. It doesn't have as much to do with straight up hardcore anymore, as gay as that is.
scenesters suck

WoP is more like fun Deathcore band...they have major hardcore influces...infact way too much like song number #7
Can you explain these major hardcore influences to me?
I don't see much hardcore influence in WoP to be honest... They seem pretty deathcore and not much else to me.
