name would imply as much

RetiredAt21 12-23-2007 07:37 PM

Yeah.

Does anyone like Lack Of Interest?

Eliminator 12-23-2007 07:39 PM

It seems that there is a general lack of interest in them.

RetiredAt21 12-23-2007 08:01 PM

Why don't you go listen to some indie or something?

i am the robots 12-23-2007 08:03 PM

Because Eliminator craves only the most brutal female songwriters.

RetiredAt21 12-23-2007 08:03 PM

Nuclear Death!

So the In Disgust - Reality Choke 10" is the best grind record of the year.
Any one who doesn't agree knows nothing about grind.

Valhall 12-24-2007 11:20 PM

Insect Warfare fans would disagree.

The IW LP did kick a lot of ***, but not to the level of the In Disgust 10".

Eliminator 12-24-2007 11:24 PM

BRA just heard insect warfare the other day and now he's their biggest fan ever.

Valhall 12-24-2007 11:25 PM

Eliminator 12-24-2007 11:26 PM

Doop 12-25-2007 12:03 AM
Hey so what are some other sikk grind releases this year
Magrudergrind - Rehashed and Graf Orlock - Destination Time Tomorrow.

Eliminator 12-25-2007 12:04 AM

I was asking bra, who possesses infinite grind knowledge.

LifeInABox 12-25-2007 12:09 AM

Rehashed is good, if we are on the same page of Magrudergrind.

Doop 12-25-2007 12:37 AM

A bit to grindy rather then straight up power violence compared to their earlier stuff.

Valhall 12-25-2007 12:41 AM

Power violence isn't even a real genre. Spazz came up with the term just ****ing around, and then kids actually took them seriously.

Man Is The Bastard did, you stupid fuck.

Valhall 12-25-2007 12:48 AM

No need to be hateful; I wasn't being negative towards you.

They may have; Spazz took credit for it at the very least.

When did Spazz take credit for it?
MITB first used the term in the song HSMP from 1991 i think.

Valhall 12-25-2007 01:07 AM

I dunno; I read it in an interview with them from a few years ago, and a buddy of mine confirmed he had heard the same.

//doesn't care either way. It's still a made up genre that kids took seriously.

Doop 12-25-2007 01:08 AM

either way its still a kick *** genre so fu.

i am the robots 12-25-2007 01:43 AM

Yeah, pv is pretty sweet.

Valhall 12-25-2007 01:44 AM

Rofl @ made up genres

If anything, Power Violence is simply true grindcore, rather than the death metal influenced grind of today. I don't think a completely new genre was warranted there.

i am the robots 12-25-2007 01:47 AM

Regardless, Dwarf Jester Rising.
