Hmm... best music? Can't tell, every genre has a stuff-up :D but for a real relaxing session I pop in some of Brian Eno's ambient music once in a while.

If I had to narrow it down, I'd have two best: Blues Alone by Lili Roquelin and Breakfast After Ten by Blue October.

Two worst...hmmm...well, if I don't like it then I don't really listen to it, so I couldn't tell ya. Lol.

I think the best music would be Trip-Hop, maybe DJ Shadow/Massive Attack. Second their is rock. Worst music would be rap (well, most of it, at least).
