It's a shame they didn't block you permenately.

Anyways, the Plus 44 Cd will probably be good. It's hard to tell. You never know with Mark and Travis together. They could be absolutely genius and make a great album or make a horrible album. I'm leaning for to the exellent album.

No one had any idea what Tom and Travis would be like together either, and BCR worked out pretty well. I think a bassist and a drummer should be able to make a better record than a guitarist and a drummer. At least musically.

Well it's just we've forever been telling him to fix his typing..and he's done very little to make it better. It's still as messy as before with the acceptance of a few words that are actually readable. I really don't wanna be mean, but I actually am intrested in his opinion and I wanna be able to read it. When I take the extra 5 minutes to actually make out some of his writing (slight exageration) it's usually a very good comment.

Bass kicks ***..especially when it's an awesome bassist. Our school Jazz Band bassist plays this amazing solo where it's all like right low the first time then he repeats it up high and it's amazingly amazing..haha..then after that I have to play a drum solo :p

I guess the rhythm sections kicks *** in general.

I was going to be in the school concert band, but the band director was all pissy because i couldnt read music. He wanted me to do a repeating, 4 bar walking bassline. I mean, i could read symbols on sheet music (slides, tremolos, all that), i just dont know what note goes to what fret. But i learn alot of stuff by ear anyways.

That's the same as my friend who plays guitar..he is actually in our Jazz Band but he can't read music..he picks it up by ear. He could read a tab and play a song and all that but he doesn't know which note is which on sheet music.

Yeah, but the band director here thinks i suck or soemthing because i dont know what the **** the notes are, so he wouldnt let me in.

Ya, I play guitar but if I could start all over I would learn to play drums - it would be too late to learn now, though, and I would have to buy a drum set first

its never to late. i know someone who started playing drums at 19 and is an absolute gun now and he is only 21.

i reckon plus-44 will be sorta wierd. its gunna be pretty hard to make music with just bass and guitar. it gunna be intresting i reckon. but mark and travis had good enuff music abilty to make some decent music.

Is it only gonna be bass and drum? I'd assume that they would recruit a guitarist to play with them....of course, I know Mark likes 80's stuff, and I heard something about it being techno-ish....maybe it will just be some bass and drum 80's style music. That would be pretty cool.

hmm that a pretty tough choice. I would have to go dj dj or boys dont cry. Doin boys dont cry could be good if the judges are a litlle bit older because they may be more familiar with the cure than some of the other bands. also dj dj would be cool but can you lead singer like rap???

also about plus-44 i reckon if would be cool if they did somthing 80's style. i reckon they should get a keyboard and a guitar. Also if they did somthing like electronic/80's/pop punk i reckon that would be sorta cool (lots of synth keyboard would be awsome)
