A lot of Viking metal doesn't have that. Listen to more of it and you might have known that.

According to MA they aren't viking metal either. I always thought viking metal was a genre, not somethign based on lyrical content. I guess I could be wrong, the furthest I've looked into the genre is Tyr. I've never considered Amon Amarth to be very much related to them.

Viking metal is any band that deals with norse culture, religion or beliefs. There is no one sound to it.

Amon Amarth are my favorite Viking Metal band.

Tyler listens to Bitter End, you should too.

All those bands are terrible and should be shot for making new albums.

Terrible? Are you sure about [i]all[/i] of them? Nice job recognizing talent. Even if some of them aren't really that talented. Some of them still are. How about you try to be a little more open-minded.

I think their all good. But oh well. Our opinions differ I guess.

The new Darkest Hour is really good, that's about it.

They're all incredibly generic and boring, nor do any of them really belong in this forum.
