Anybody know stuff about computers???

I have a virus (I believe) ... my sound doesn't work, I can't install programs, I can't get online all the time (it won't dial sometimes), I can't run my Norton Virus-Scan....


Anyways, I found a free on-line virus scan, and it is scanning right now. It has found 5 'infected' things already .... but it says that they are all "non cleanable" :confused: What should I do, go manualy delete them, or what?
