Abortion you only got 3 weeks? I got slapped with a 31 day. I guess they really hated my baby joke. But oh well. A month ban isn't going to keep my down, tomorrow I go to Gigantour.
I don't know, I thought it was three weeks, it might have been increased, Jelle said three though and I am inclined to believe him, mine wasn't even a dead baby one

 Hrothgar! Good kids stay out of the pit . I suppose I'll stop posting there. All the threads seem illegal for some reason, I wont take a risk

irrelavant: Has anyone covered Buckethead in his FAs?

KBSD91 07-27-2005 03:04 PM

Nah, no one has covered him. I was thinking of doing a thread on him. But I don't know much about him. So I decided to wait for someone more knowledgeable do one.

trev913 07-27-2005 03:14 PM

I like Buckethead, but his crap's hard to find.
I like Buckethead, but his crap's hard to find.
There's a few of his songs in the YSI thread you might not have heard.

Hey Liberi
Haha, woooo.
Yeah things are good.
What turned on the name change?
Well, no one called me Antihero around the forums after Jelle started calling me "Little Jom" (to distinguish me and DBJ, who is "Big Jim," heh), so then the "Little" moniker was dropped, since I'm not all that "little." After that point, everyone just started calling me "Jom," so I figured that hopefully DBJ would give me a namechange in his thread in Site, and he thankfully obliged, so that's how that went about.

New photo in the photoalbum, I see. Just kidding.

But, yeah, nice to hear from you again.
I will be quite the altruist and give you a free album.

Thanks man, I couldn't find The Wolf anywhere in stores for some odd reason.
Post morbid jokes in thread. Get banned.
I was tempted to post that "Those aren't tomatoes!" joke that I always tell in the AIM chats, but instinct told me that I would get punished for it.

So much for foresight, heh :p
I like Buckethead, but his crap's hard to find.
I always see Population Override, Colma, or The Cuckoo Clocks of Hell (or sometimes all 3) when I go into cd stores, but I haven't managed to find any of his other stuff. (discluding online stores that is)

But update on my 10 cd's that arrived. I've listened to Bal Sagoth's Star-fire Burning Upon the Ice-veiled Throne of Ultima Thule, and

Jom 07-27-2005 04:30 PM

Pshht, nah. I've been an athlete for longer than just a month :p

EDIT: I mean, look at his profile's interests:

"computers, video games, music, girls, and of course, guitar!"

Does that even remotely resemble something I'd write in my profile? Hahaha.

By the way, in case you missed this for some odd reason:

It's not a problem. I'm happy somebody found them useful :)

One of these days I'll finish my RYM account and people can request albums.

Oh God, this guy is so dumb.

O ****, what reasons do you have, I learned sweeping and fast runs in a day, easy as hell, the fact you can't do it makes it look like you suck. Shred is perhaps the easiest, and most overdone form of guitar playing.
Nothing in instrument playing is hard, after you learn it, it becomes second nature, and it takes less and less time for it become second nature the longer you play. And shred came very easily, music comes so extremely easy to me.

Its that hellmaburton guy :\

He's basically a dumbass though so no worries.

Jom 07-27-2005 05:16 PM

munky: I have a RecordNerd account, but it's not even close to being fully up-to-date; in addition, I have a rather slow connection, so any albums that I would upload for people would come in thirds or quarters, so it would be easier on my connection to handle.

Arucard: Ouch.
Nothing in instrument playing is hard, after you learn it, it becomes second nature
What?!

Uh, I didn't just pick up a trumpet/guitar or sit down next to a piano/keyboard and then learn it. It was hard to learn how to play those instruments without instruction, and can be still. I don't see what he's getting at.

EDIT:
I suck :(
I suck more than the two of you combined at guitar, I'm sure :)

Arucard 07-27-2005 05:16 PM
It's ok...I suck too. :(
We can suck at guitar together (i did not want to say we can suck together for obvious reasons).

Then again, his user title is 'Hendrix Is My Jesus.'

BludgeonySteve 07-27-2005 05:17 PM

It's hard to sound good after playing really fast for more than 5 seconds. Which is why I don't do it :)

Arucard 07-27-2005 05:21 PM

But that doesn't stop it being hard to learn to play fast.

I tell you, if i could sweep, i would not use it lots. I wish i could pick faster, but i don't really care for sweeping.

Lord Abortion 07-27-2005 05:30 PM

I'm going to see if I can amass 1000 posts on this account in my 3 week ban
